People’s Health Foundation has its own network of 29 functioning Cetana Clinics (providing free of cost, private health care services) in major cities like Yangon, Mandalay, Amarapura, Sagaing, Monywa, Kalay, Pyay, Magwe, Pakokku, Myingyan, Kyan-gin, Kyaukse, Hpa-lan and Tiddim, etc..
Each clinic, with one Medical Officer and one Nurse, is running at the cost of around 250 lakhs (25,000/- USD) a year, and the cost covers the expenditure for staff and medicines. PHF has deployed around 115 professional staff in these clinics. Over 50,000 patients have been treated at these clinics during their 5 years of operation.
Through MJCP, donors from Japan had donated 2 clinic buildings with maternity centre (Dagon East and Thaketa) in Yangon, one maternity clinic (one in Pyay, Bago), and other medical supplies. A few Cetana clinics have been built and donated to PHF for running as Cetana Clinics.

Sein Kyu Foundation (also known as Capital Diamond Star Foundation) provided renovations and monthly expenditure of 4 clinics in Yangon and Mandalay Region (South-Okkalapa, Yangon City and Chanmya Thazi and Aung Myay Thazi, Mandalay City, and Nge-Toe of Amarapura, Mandalay Region). U Aung Moe Kyaw and Family had provided renovations and monthly expenditure of 2 clinics (One in Hlaing Thayar, Yangon and One in Pyi Gyi Dagun, Mandalay). U Mya Han and Family had donated the renovation and provided monthly expenses of North-Okkalapa Clinic in North Okkalapa, Yangon. U Sein Myint/Daw Thein Thein of Euro-Asia Foundation donated one clinic building in Dalla, Yangon and one maternity clinic at Magway, Magway Region. They also continued support for monthly expenditure of these two clinics. Visakha Foundation has provided the expenses for renovation and monthly expenditure of 2 clinics (one in Pyay, Bago Region and one in Dagon East, Yangon).

Following Cetana clinics have been run by the respective Township Health Departments,
1) Sagaing and Kalay Clinics, Sagaing;
2) Myothit, Myawady and Than-la Clinics, Monywa,
3) Hpa-lam and Tiddim, Chin State
4) Mayangon Clinic, Mayangon Township, Yangon.
